What is UBEATOR return policy?
Returns Policy
UBEATOR accept return within the first 15 days for a refund after you receive your package. If within 15 days you haven’t request for a return, sorry we could not help you for a refund due to our policy.
If you are eligible for our return policy, please note that we would not afford the shipping cost of your return if for personal reasons’ return, and your return goods and package should be in a good condition.
If your return due to products’ malfunction, please first take photos or videos of item and contact us, we will cover your return freight and refund to you. Or you can choose to allow us to reship a new one and make a discount for you.

Express packages are shipped via FedEx,DHL and UPS. However, please note that weekend deliveries are not guaranteed even with express shipping.
