UBEATOR SHIPPING NOTICE

Our products are special, and they’re packaged with the greatest care so you receive them in perfect condition. UBEATOR’s customer service team is always ready to help you with all aspects of the shipping and delivery of your order, so please contact us with any questions and concerns. We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive its tracking number in an email.
• It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to appear after we shipped. Rarely, tracking details may not update, but you will still receive your order.
• Products are shipped from our warehouse in China and some from our oversea warehouse, which depends on your destination.
• We ship Monday through Saturday, not on Sunday or holidays.
• Please note that if an incomplete or incorrect address is given, or if details are missing, it may delay processing. We suggest that you review your shipping and billing information before checking out to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Due to our global selling reason, there will be a different plugs of electrical appliances among countries. Therefore, some may be shipped with the corresponding conversion plug, which will not affect the normal use.
• If you experience a problem with your tracking number or delivery of your order, please contact the courier directly before contacting UBEATOR. Lost packages with a delivery confirmation from the courier can be reshipped free of charge or get refunds.
• Normally, courier will deliver the goods to the designated address for signature. However, sometimes they will leave it in the post office due to the incomplete recipient information. Therefore, buyer should follow up their package and collect them in time, or will take full liability if it is fail of delivery because of buyers' reason.

• For North America and Europe regions, it may take 5-12 days to arrive

  For large furnitures and other regions, it may take 12-20 days to arrive.

• Additional delays may occur during the holidays or especially the current global epidemic.
